Terms of service
The rules of the arrangement, in the order that matters: what we do, what you are responsible for, what an AI reply can and cannot be relied on for, and how billing works.

The agreement
These terms are between you and Shinetech Europe Limited, 8 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4PL ("we", "us"). By creating an account or forwarding mail to a MailToAI address, you accept them.
If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
What the service does
We give you a private email address. When an authorized sender forwards a message to it, we read whatever instruction you typed above the forward, carry out that task using an AI model, and email the result back to whoever forwarded it.
If you type nothing, we infer the task from the message. If a request is genuinely ambiguous, we ask one question rather than guessing.
The service has no web access, sends mail to nobody except the address that forwarded, and keeps no memory between messages.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account.
Only addresses you add and that have confirmed a link sent to them can submit work. Keeping that list current is your responsibility — if you lose control of an authorized mailbox, remove it from your dashboard immediately.
What you are responsible for in what you forward
You confirm you have the right to send us each message you forward, including any personal data or confidential information belonging to other people that it contains, and that doing so does not breach a duty you owe to anyone.
Do not forward material you are contractually or legally barred from disclosing to a third party. We are a third party.
You grant us the limited licence needed to store, transmit, and process that content for the sole purpose of carrying out your task and providing the service. We claim no other rights over it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to generate material that harasses or defames, or to produce content designed to deceive people about who wrote it in a harmful way.
Do not try to make the service act on instructions embedded in forwarded content, probe for ways around the separation between your request and forwarded material, attempt to reach other customers' data, or work around quotas by means other than upgrading.
Do not resell the service or use it to build a substantially similar product.
The AI provider behind the service applies its own safety systems and will occasionally decline a request. When that happens we tell you and it does not count against your allowance.
AI output is not advice, and can be wrong
Replies are generated by an AI model. They can be incomplete, out of date, or confidently wrong — including about figures, dates, names, and legal or contractual wording.
Nothing the service produces is legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified person, and check anything that carries consequence before you act on it. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for anything you send onward.
We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
Plans, allowances, and payment
Each plan includes a number of messages per calendar month. The allowance resets on the first of the month and does not roll over. Once it is used up, further mail is declined with an email telling you so — we do not charge overage without asking.
A message that we fail to complete does not count against your allowance.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT or any other tax we are required to add.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.
If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
Availability
We aim to be continuously available but do not promise it. The service depends on providers outside our control, and we may need to interrupt it for maintenance.
There is no service level agreement on these plans. If you need a contractual uptime or response commitment, contact us.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or its other customers at risk, or that has an unpaid invoice. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. Doing so deletes your data as described in the privacy policy.
If we stop offering the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, stop billing, and give you time to export your history.
Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred pounds.
We are not liable for a decision you took in reliance on AI-generated output. That is the trade-off the previous section describes, and the limit is set on the assumption you have read it.
Indemnity
You will cover us against claims brought by a third party arising from content you forwarded to us — in particular a claim that you had no right to disclose it — and from your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, cancel before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
